Lablebi

Ameise showed me a really simple place in the Medina. Sana joined us for a quick tour into the Medina. I bet, that we were the first non-tunesians, that ate there. He showed me a tunisian speciality: Lablebi: chickpea, bread, harissa, some spices, tuna, eggs, vinegar and olive oil.
You have to mix it in the bowl and then you can eat it. It’s a wonderful raw taste. 1,500 Dinar for one bowl.
I really loved this experience to eat cheap and good.
